Eye in the Sky is a package of software for advanced ip cameras. To install onto a raspberry pi with a webcam, see the releases.
To install the latest version of the webcam software on a raspberry pi or other computer with a webcam, run the following command (you'll notice that the latest version is still 1.0-SNAPSHOT; it is still being developed...):
wget https://eye.hosticlefifer.com/releases/1.0-SNAPSHOT.tar.gz && tar -xzf 1.0-SNAPSHOT.tar.gz
